We want to introduce you to the excitements of leading a healthy life. In Ashtanga Yoga, one of the regulation is ‘Santhosha’ although it can be translated simply as ‘Happiness’, the word ‘Santhosha’ actually should be interpreted as ‘Content’. That is the key to leading a happy life. We will be elaborating these ideas further in our discussions with you.

Now being Healthy does also involve Physical Health. Again going back to Ashtanga Yoga, it says another one regulation which may be the key to our physical health. Ashtanga Yoga advises us to follow the regulation of ‘Sauchya’, which means Cleanliness/Hygiene. Now you may be a very clean or hygienic person, but are you ‘Yoga Clean’? Because of Yoga emphasis on Internal Cleanliness as or more important than external cleanliness. Again this statement also will be elaborated in our discussions. Stay connected.

Our Philosophy

We develop a disease, we cure that disease with the help of medicine or natural remedies and when we are disease-free we believe we are healthy. But being disease-free does not mean you are healthy. This is our philosophy and to be healthy we invite your focus on three values. We believe a focused and categorized practices with these three values will help us in our journey.
